You will partner with hiring managers to attract, identify, engage, and hire top talent, managing multiple requisitions while delivering a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience handling full-cycle recruiting in regulated industries.
• Ability to assess science-focused candidates for Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and QA.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and offer- negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into role profiles.
• Develop targeted strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain regular updates with candidates and teams.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal processes.
