GQR is seeking a Recruiter to join our Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused role. You will own the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement, partnering with internal teams to meet client requirements and build robust candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has proven delivery experience in staffing and a background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or related industries, with strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Competenze

Proven experience as a Recruiter in staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions.
Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
Experience recruiting in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries.
Strong sourcing skills and use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Ability to screen, qualify, and interview candidates effectively.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
