Job summary

• Conducts learning needs assessments and maintains skill competencies.
• Delivers ongoing training on customer service and front office duties.
• Develops and coordinates orientation and training for Registration staff and new employees.
• Maintains current competencies by working with Registration staff and providing just-in-time training.
• Travels to Practice Management locations to support Registration staff training.
