Qualifications

• Must have current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Proficient typing and basic computer skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information and processes.
• Experience in medical office registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows guidelines in the Registration Clerk role.
• Schedules orientation for clerks with management.
• Conducts training/shadow sessions for staff.
• Reviews chart audits to identify training needs.
• Produces reports documenting clerk performance.
• Manages on-call rotations and two weekend shifts monthly.
• Ensures forms/logs are up to date and compliant.
• Attends occasional in-person meetings at the corporate office.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
