Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking a Registration Educator to deliver orientation and ongoing training for Registration staff across multiple clinics. You will develop and update front desk work instructions, coordinate customer service and telephone etiquette training, and monitor new employee performance with feedback to leadership.

The role requires coordinating with clinic leadership, traveling to practice locations, and maintaining current training competencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience delivering training and education programs.
• Ability to assess learning needs and tailor materials.

Responsibilities

• Applies effective verbal, nonverbal, and written communication methods to achieve desired results.
• Collaborates with leadership for scheduling of employee training and events.
• Collaborates with leadership in the identification of educational needs and development of training materials.
• Conducts learning needs assessment with staff to maintain skill competencies.
• Conducts routine ongoing training sessions on customer service and other relevant material.
• Develops, coordinates and conducts orientation and training program for all Registration staff.
• Develops, coordinates and conducts orientation and training program for new Registration employees.
• Develops, deploys and updates standard work instruction for all primary care and specialty care clinics along with customer service and telephone etiquette training.
• Maintains current competencies by working with Registration staff.
• Provides “just in time” training when learning needs or remediation is identified.
• Travels to all Practice Management clinic locations to provide ongoing training support to Registration staff.
