Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or data-entry experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple information sources accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• In-office, in-person attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county licensing departments in person and online.
• Update customer records to maintain current information.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple databases.
• Maintain detailed notes in a tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
