Carvana in Bloomington is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist to ensure smooth vehicle ownership transfers for customers. You will handle the administrative steps of registering vehicles, check documents, and complete registrations with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $16.00 with structured increases based on performance and tenure, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain composure and problem solve during escalated situations.
• Regular, consistent attendance in office (no remote work).

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county government licensing departments in person and online.
• Work closely with the local DMV to file paperwork.
• Update customer records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple databases.
• Maintain detailed notes within a customer tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
