Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of medical office or patient registration preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of direct reports, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
• Monitors work queue metrics to identify and facilitate needed changes to workflows and processes.
• Serves as escalation point for complex patient concerns, including de-escalation of difficult situations.
• Supports staff in delivering consistent, high-quality patient interactions.
• Monitors revenue cycle and staff productivity dashboards routinely.
• Performs error resolutions requiring independent judgment.
