Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of medical office or patient registration preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.

Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Registration Supervisor for its Business Services department in Ames. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Supervises the day-to-day operations of direct reports providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support. Monitors work queue metrics to identify and facilitate needed changes to workflows/processes within the Business Services department and/or clinical department(s). Education

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred

Days:Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience
