McFarland Clinic is seeking a Receptionist at our Ames, IA office. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting visitors and helping create a positive experience while supporting clinic operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a medical setting. Hours are part-time, with a posted schedule of Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

• High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Schedule appointments and assist patients with registration and check-in processes.
• Provide instructions and information to patients and visitors as needed.
• Maintain reception desk activities and support daily office operations.
