Seattle University seeks a Registration Representative to manage registration-related processing and provide front-line Office of the Registrar support to students, alumni, faculty, and staff. You will handle petitions, roster adjustments, and transcript requests while guiding users on policies and procedures.

The role combines in-person desk support with remote assistance, requiring strong communication, data entry accuracy, and teamwork in a busy registrar environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2+ years of admin office support in higher education.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment while considering equity and policy.
• Excellent customer service attitude and communication with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Process registration petitions and forms, including enrollment changes and withdrawals.
• Manage non-traditional registrations and National Student Clearinghouse transcripts/front desk support.
• Explain processes and guide customers on registration policies and procedures.
• Advise students on using the online registration system to manage academic records.
• Contribute to special projects and provide back-up support as needed.
