Job summary

Seattle University seeks a Registration Representative to handle registration-related documents and provide frontline Registrar Enrollment Operations support to students, families, alumni, faculty and staff.

Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, you will join a small team of full‑time staff and student employees, working in a cubicle office with mostly screen-time work in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two or more years of progressively responsible administrative office support experience in higher education or equivalent.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment and policy-based decision making with equity and fairness in mind.
• Experience working independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with academic/public sector and a passion for equity & justice.
• Demonstrated data entry and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Process registration related requests: review and process petitions and forms, enroll students, process post-deadline adjustments, withdrawals, and roster changes.
