Job summary

Surepoint Medical Centers is seeking a Registration Lead to drive smooth registration operations across facilities. You will model professionalism, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with clinical and management teams to deliver excellent patient service.

The role requires strong communication, 1–2 years of customer service, BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Basic typing and computer proficiency.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Detail oriented with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Time management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility with schedule incl. day/evening/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Follows guidelines in Registration Clerk job description.
• Schedules orientation for all clerks with management.
• Conducts training/shadow sessions for new and existing staff.
• Monitors performance to ensure adherence to training.
• Reviews chart audits to identify trends and training needs.
• Creates/maintains registration schedule.
• Submits initial schedule with no open shifts and weekend coverage.
• Covers shifts when unable to fill them; staff on-call rotation.
