SEARHC is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist Lead to oversee registration operations, train peers, audit encounters, and ensure timely insurance verification for upcoming appointments.

The role supports the Patient Registration Supervisor, leads a team, and helps optimize scheduling and revenue cycle processes across the site. Strong data input and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of healthcare office experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of front-end revenue cycle requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling resources for patient appointments
• Manage communication tools for scheduling requests
• Pre-register review process for insurance verification
• Scan registration documents into the electronic health record
• Validate insurance eligibility and pre-authorization requirements
• Provide training for new employees and supervise PRS Trainee
• Monitor schedule requests and maintain service levels
• Ensure compliance with SEARHC standards and safety policies
