Job summary

Jobtailor in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Registration & Data Specialist to manage registration data for Travel & Events programs, ensuring data integrity, budgeting, and client reporting.

You will coordinate with Travel Directors, onsite teams, and vendors, using Cvent, RainFocus, or Swoogo, and deliver final program reporting for billing. Strong Excel skills and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (macros, formulas, lookups) preferred.
• Experience with travel/meetings technology systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused registration expertise and manage registration data deliverables for Travel & Events programs.
• Manage program efficiencies, data management budgets, client billing reports, vendor reports, buy-in programs, and activity expense collection.
• Maintain registration database integrity throughout each program lifecycle, including Cvent charges.
• Communicate budget-to-actual hours and resolution recommendations to management.
• Collaborate on registration qualification, database setup, technology support, website review, and testing.
• Serve as the central registration point of contact within Travel & Events.
• Manage hotel room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, penalties, activity counts, and special requests.
• Answer attendee phone calls and emails within specified SLAs.
• Maintain standard and custom client reporting requirements.
• Provide data management support during program operations, including onsite travel when applicable.
• Collaborate with Travel Directors and onsite teams on participant changes.
• Provide final program reporting for billing.
• Support the Mobile App and Customer Xperience.
• Help develop consistent processes and identify and communicate best practices.
