Responsibilities

• Own and maintain registration data accuracy across program lifecycles.
• Provide Cvent training and user guidance to internal teams.
• Manage hotel room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, and related penalties.
• Answer attendee inquiries via phone and email within SLA.
• Prepare standard and custom client reports and support billing needs.
• Travel onsite to programs to support event operations as needed.
