Job summary

The JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Registration Clerk to support registrations for overnight camp, day camp, specialty camps, and other programming. You will help ensure accurate processing and top-tier service at every step.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a customer service or sales environment, with Salesforce experience considered a plus. Position supports the Registration & Customer Service Coordinator and works closely with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience and at least two years experience in a customer service/sales environment.
• Experience in the use of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process registrations accurately and in a timely manner following agency policies.
• Assist with processing program withdrawals, cancellations or changes promptly and accurately.
• Assist with staff training to ensure customer service standards are exceeded for all customers.
• Ensure account accuracy, produce tax statements and account reconciliations.
• Generate reports and documentation as needed and/or required.
