Job summary

Community College of Allegheny County is seeking a Registration Representative (Reg FT) to join the North Campus team. This full-time, in-person role provides frontline customer service and handles enrollment transactions and records for students across CCAC.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED plus one year of office experience, with standard hours 8:30 am–4:30 pm and occasional evenings during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of office experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work well in a team.
• Must be able to travel to different CCAC campuses if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Welcome and assist students at the Welcome Center in person or virtually.
• Process enrollment transactions and update student records.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and text with accurate information.
• Maintain and organize office records and supplies.
