Job summary

JCC of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Customer Service/Registration associate to provide excellent service for overnight camps, day camps and other programs. You will manage registrations, process changes, and help staff exceed customer service standards.

A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a customer service or sales role are required; Salesforce experience is a plus. You will collaborate with Finance and Marketing, ensure data accuracy, and maintain organized records in CampMinder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Services, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least two years of experience in a customer service/sales environment.
• Experience using Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process registrations accurately and timely in accordance with agency policies.
• Assist with program withdrawals, cancellations or changes.
• Train staff to ensure customer service standards are exceeded.
• Maintain account accuracy and generate tax statements.
• Create and access class rosters, mailing lists, and reports as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy between Traction Rec and CampMinder.
