• Coordinate and support registration processes and academic records.
• Evaluate and review transcripts for transfer credit processing.
• Develop procedural documentation for transcript processing.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information to support decision making and process improvements.
• Oversee daily management of student academic documentation and support staff.
• Support SIS configuration, testing, and optimization.
