Job summary

You will analyze business processes, develop reporting solutions, and support system improvements to ensure compliance and effective student services. The role requires 1–3 years of technical experience, a high school diploma, and may involve evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–3 years of related technical experience with databases or programming languages.
• Equivalent combination of certification, education and experience acceptable.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Systems and Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Banner Student Module covering registration, academic history, curriculum, and graduation functions.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex student records issues involving Registrar Office systems.
• Perform system testing, validation, and process improvements across Registrar Office technologies.
• Manage mandated NSC reporting including enrollment and graduation reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and IT to analyze and improve business processes and documentation.
• Develop reporting solutions and ad hoc reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide training and technical assistance for Registrar Office systems.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal/state regulations and college policies.
