Job summary

A national leader in post-secondary education is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage and build configurations in Banner and DegreeWorks. The ideal candidate will have experience with student information systems and registrar functions, and they will handle updates to student degree audits while collaborating with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• Must have Banner or DegreeWorks Student Information Systems experience.
• Experience in performing registrar functions.
• Experience in higher education.
• Experience in configuration and scribing in DegreeWorks or similar applications.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform duties on time with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build Registrar and Degree Audit configuration in Banner and DegreeWorks.
• Handle program and course build in the Banner student information system.
• Update and correct student degree audits.
• Perform daily production maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain existing degree audit setup in Banner.
• Test system updates and perform data validation.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation.
