Qualifications

• Knowledge of student systems, workflows, data, and processes.
• NCAA regulations and state/federal compliance reporting.
• Relational databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in redesigning business processes and writing functional specs and test scenarios.
• Provide support for student systems such as Degree Audit and ERP.
• Complete ad hoc and compliance reporting using reporting and data visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain e-signature documents and workflow processes.
