Job summary
Broward College seeks an Analyst, Registrar Functional Business Process and Compliance to support the Registrar’s Office in managing and improving SIS-related processes and data integrity. The role collaborates with leadership and IT, develops reports, and ensures compliance across college systems.
Responsibilities include system enhancements, data audits, and liaison work with Academic Affairs and IT to optimize services for students and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination considered.
- Two years of education/solutioning experience with proficiency in system management and reporting; knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of student electronic records principles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops functional solutions and collaborates with cross-departmental teams to enhance business processes.
- Analyzes student records within the SIS and troubleshoots solutions with leadership and IT.
- Creates and analyzes reports to support Registrar operations and related divisions.
