Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a Registrar to oversee the accuracy, security, and integrity of student records both physically and electronically. The role includes interaction with staff, students, and external parties, ensuring FERPA compliance and academic process integrity.

The Registrar will manage graduation processes, prepare data for reporting, and lead a high-performance team, while contributing to campus compliance and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred or minimum three years experience in a related field.
• Experience with student information and life-cycle platforms (CampusNexus, CourseKey, and Docuware).
• Experience with FERPA regulations and higher education compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of student records (transcripts, grades, enrollment).
• Oversee grade changes, transcript requests, and degree verifications.
• Post and monitor attendance and changes in student status in the SIS.
• Manage graduation applications and conduct degree audits.
• Develop and enforce academic policies and monitor campus compliance.
• Support student success by coordinating with faculty and staff.
