Job summary

South College Online Campus is seeking a Registrar Operations Officer to safeguard and manage student academic records, supporting enrollment and verifications. The role requires coordination with the Registrar and adherence to FERPA and college policies, ensuring accurate records for current and former students.

This in-office, full-time position includes day and evening access for students and collaboration with faculty and staff to maintain smooth operations of the Registrar Office.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with academic records management and FERPA policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and security of student records per FERPA and policies.
• Produce transcripts, grade reports, and verifications; explain policies to students, faculty, staff, and parents.
• Process withdrawals, cancellations, drops, program changes, and name/address changes.
• Ensure procedures in Anthology are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with annual commencement preparations.
• Assist with admission testing as needed.
• Adhere to college policies and provide support across the Registrar Office.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
