Job Summary and Qualifications

The Respiratory Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care, performing diagnostic tests, therapeutic procedures, and monitoring patients on mechanical ventilation.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, administering therapies, assisting with airway placement, managing mechanical ventilation, monitoring responses, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 months.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 months.
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
• Associate Degree.
