The Respiratory Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care, performs diagnostic tests, and manages ventilated patients, adhering to standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, diagnostic procedures, and document findings.
• Administer therapies, assist with airway placements, and manage mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor patient responses, notify providers, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 months.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 months.
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist license.
• Associate Degree required.
