Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC, on behalf of a premier Montana health system, seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver comprehensive respiratory care in Great Falls. Under respiratory care management, you will assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including ventilator management and diagnostics.

The role emphasizes education for patients and families, adherence to CQI and safety standards, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Active Montana RRT license or eligibility; NBRC credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong clinical reasoning and team-based collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, mechanical ventilation setup/management, arterial blood gas sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (code blue, rapid responses) and provide respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families about disease management and home therapy equipment.
