Hayward Gardens Post Acute in Hayward, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with physicians and families, educate facility staff, and supervise COTAs, aides, and students to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
