Job summary

Hayward Gardens Post Acute in Hayward, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.

Occupational Therapist (OTR) - PRN (Healthcare)

Hayward Gardens Post Acute | Hayward, CA

Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour (DOE)

Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team. We are hiring PRN therapists who are passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

Position Summary

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, communicates with physicians and families, and maintains accurate clinical documentation. This position also provides education and training to facility staff and supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), aides, and students.
