Job summary

St. Francis Healthcare Center in Hayward, CA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to join our interdisciplinary team.

The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Required: current OTR license and CA state licensure in good standing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license.
• Current state licensure in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs
