Job summary
Complete Care in Pennsylvania is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team during 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts. You’ll mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, oversee care plans, and ensure smooth clinical operations with calm leadership.
You are a PA-licensed nurse with prior supervision in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehab. Bring empathy, organizational finesse, and humor to shape a culture where residents feel seen and cared for.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN in PA with clinical leadership experience.
- At least one year supervising in a long-term care setting.
- Collaborator and problem-solver with a sense of humor.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care.
Responsibilities
