Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor in Pennsylvania. You will lead weekend shifts from 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, mentoring CNAs, LPNs, and RNs while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

The role requires a PA RN license and prior supervision experience in a long-term care setting. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and leadership to maintain clinical excellence and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A PA RN licensed nurse with several years of clinical leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of supervision in a long-term care environment.
• Proven coaching, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable leading in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care settings.
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts.
