Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide leadership on the clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The role emphasizes collaborative leadership in a family-like environment with opportunities for career advancement and a benefits package. Schedule features part-time weekend coverage with alternating shifts, reflecting the facility's flexible staffing model.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required and RN licensure in New Jersey.
• Experience with long-term care or subacute settings preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and oversee medication distribution, blood draws, and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties per local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
