Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our clinical team and oversee daily operations on the night shift. This part-time role requires collaboration, mentorship of nursing staff, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, performing rounds, providing staff and resident education, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Equal opportunity employer. Schedule: Every other weekend, 12am-8am.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in long-term care or subacute care preferred.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medications, blood draws, and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
