Job summary

Harborview Thomasville is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our care-focused community in Georgia. This role emphasizes supervising medications and treatments, guiding RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids, and delivering high-quality resident care.

You will perform admissions and routine assessments, monitor resident conditions, support activities of daily living, document clearly, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medications and treatments and RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.

What You Will Do

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
