Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the practicing state.
• Minimum five years in healthcare; at least two years in supervisory roles in healthcare, homecare or hospice.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to meet program objectives.
• Supervise staff and coordinate ongoing education for all team members.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and supervise QA staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with licensing and ethical standards.
• Plan and implement staff education programs for the team.

This position offers a competitive annual salary plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 15% of base salary, with additional earning potential tied to branch performance, quality outcomes, and organizational success. As an RN Team Manager, you'll lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team of 8-10 direct reports, including RN Case Managers, Home Health Aides, and Clinical Team Assistants, while helping drive exceptional patient care and team development. This role also includes participation in a shared on‑call rotation, providing a balanced approach to leadership responsibilities and ensuring continued support for patients, families, and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee delivery of patient services and compliance with agency policies
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to fulfill program objectives
• Oversee scheduling, supervision, and on‑going educational programs for all professional and paraprofessional staff providing direct patient services
• Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise designated QA staff
• Oversee the maintenance of medical records, assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with licensing regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards
• Plan and implement staff education program for all team members

Qualifications:

• Possession of a current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or the equivalent license and education to practice as a healthcare professional in the practicing state
• Minimum five years’ experience as a healthcare professional; including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare or hospice
• Demonstrated administrative ability including knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required
• Must possess current CPR Certification
