Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

This part-time role features a schedule of Every Other Weekend, 7-3p, with opportunities for career advancement and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and patient care activities
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident families as needed
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Handle other duties as assigned by leadership

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
