Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive high‑quality care with compassionate leadership.

Applicants should hold a NJ RN license (BSN/ADN) and have at least 1 year in long-term care or subacute settings; PCC experience is a plus. Part‑time schedule with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in long-term care or subacute settings preferred.
• BSN or ADN required; PCC familiarity encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit; monitor med distribution and care activities.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal guidelines; follow directives from Nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
