Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor in New Jersey to lead daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. This part-time weekend role focuses on supervising on- site care and maintaining a collaborative, compassionate environment.

You will oversee medication distribution, rounds, and staff education, while ensuring compliance with guidelines; opportunities for career advancement exist within a warm, family-like team.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Associates or Bachelor’s) required.
• Current, unencumbered NJ RN license.
• 1+ year long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and PCC experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medications and care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure staff follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support and assist with daily operations as directed by nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
