Job summary

Complete Care at Clark, a trusted long-term care provider in Clark, NJ, seeks a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff across all shifts. The role focuses on supervising direct patient care, overseeing medication administration, and ensuring compliance with care standards.

You will conduct nursing rounds, provide staff education, and coordinate with the Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain quality care.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:
