Job summary

Complete Care at Kresson View in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our clinical team on weekend night shifts. You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, education, and adherence to regulations, with a dedicated team and opportunities for career advancement. Part-time weekends include health and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications
