Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead daily clinical operations on the 3–11pm shift in Voorhees Township. You will mentor nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure residents receive high-quality service in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

This full-time role requires an active NJ RN license and preferably 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and monitor medications and care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit several times per shift.
• Educate staff, residents and families as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
