Job summary

Complete Care in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3-11pm shift to lead the clinical team and ensure residents receive outstanding care.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and foster a collaborative, family-like environment where residents and staff feel supported. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiar with Point Click Care (PCC) software.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident families as needed.
• Ensure staff are performing duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
