Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership for nursing staff, oversee daily clinical operations, and mentor the team to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The role requires an RN license in New Jersey, a nursing degree, and experience in long-term care or subacute settings is preferred. This on-site position offers full-time daytime/evening shifts with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Education

Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License

1 year of long-term care or subacute experience (preferred)

Computer knowledge and PCC (Point Click Care)

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
