Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for PRN home health opportunities in Northern Virginia. You’ll select areas you want to cover and build your caseload around your availability, while delivering one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.

Complete skilled nursing visits, assessments, Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharge visits as assigned, with wound care, med management, and disease education.

Competenze

• Active Virginia RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred, but not required.
• WellSky experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Complete skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Complete Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, and Discharge visits as assigned.
• Provide wound care, medication management, and disease education.
• Monitor changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky.

Your Territory

Patient opportunities may include Woodbridge, Dumfries, Triangle, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Quantico, and surrounding communities.

You do NOT have to cover the entire territory. Let us know where you want to work.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
