Coral Springs Rehab and Nursing in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing team on the unit. The role focuses on resident care coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

You will supervise nurses and aides, participate in daily clinical meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and support family communication. RN license and long-term care experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
