Job summary

Bay Terrace Rehab and Nursing in Dover, DE is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our long-term care team. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, overseeing resident care plans, and maintaining high standards of care.

Pay is $100,000 to $105,000 per year with shifts 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday to Friday, on-call weekends. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, daily pay, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong documentation and adherence to care plans.
