Job summary

Flagler Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing staff and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will manage daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop policies, build relationships with residents and families, and promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
